I scheduled an appointment to have my car repaired after a minor fender-bender. The employee, Bobby, was eager to help me and ease my worries. I brought my car in a few days later and Bobby said it would take four days to complete the designated repairs. Bobby called two days later to inform me that my car was ready. That is incredible.
